MCSJ Loyalty Card Programme

We'd like to reward our loyal students, many of whom come back year after year, so we've introduced a Loyalty Card Programme. When you sign up for our Loyalty Card, you will get one stamp for every complete £100 you spend on courses. When you have 10 stamps, you can exchange your completed Loyalty Card for a £100 voucher to be redeemed against a future course.

Terms and Conditions

  • You must have received your Loyalty Card before attending a course to benefit from this programme.
  • We will only issue cards to named individuals, not organisations or companies.
  • We will only stamp your Loyalty Card upon presentation of your booking confirmation email or letter, which is your proof of payment for the class you are attending.
  • You MUST bring your Loyalty Card and confirmation email with you to the class. Stamps will not be applied retrospectively if you forget to bring the Loyalty Card and/or relevant paperwork.
  • Stamps will only be applied to your Loyalty Card in person, when you attend the class you have paid for. Non attendance of a class will not be eligible for a stamp, even if the class has been fully paid for.
  • Non-refundable deposits are not eligible to receive a stamp unless the full class cost has been paid.
  • Stamps are applied to the named individual on the Loyalty Card, regardless of who paid for the class.
  • Each booking confirmation can only be used once towards a class stamp.
  • The Loyalty Card is valid for five years from the date of issue. Cards that are not completed before the expiry date will not be eligible for the voucher.
  • The £100 voucher must be redeemed within two years of issue.
  • It is your responsibility to safeguard your Loyalty Card. No credit can be awarded for lost or stolen Cards.
  • It is your responsibility to safeguard any vouchers awarded in exchange for completed Cards. No credit can be awarded for lost or stolen vouchers.
  • The Mid Cornwall School of Jewellery reserves the right to exclude any individual from the Loyalty Card Scheme, if it considers that individual has attempted to abuse the Loyalty Card Programme. The decision of MCSJ is final in such cases.
  • MCSJ reserves the right to withdraw the Loyalty Card Programme at any time.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed through our online booking system.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change.

The school is based near St Austell in Cornwall, UK and all classes run in our well equipped workshop.
