Silver Metal Clay Boxes Class
This is a two day class.
This class will focus on making two different types of boxes. We will make a square lidded box and a round box with a friction fit lid. We'll also discuss other sorts of boxes including hinged boxes and those with screw on lids. More experienced students may want to attempt one of these and the tutor will be responsive to students wishes.
After firing the boxes will be polished and finished with a patina if you choose to do this.
The class is designed to give you the basic skills of box making so you can go home and confidently design and make your own metal clay boxes.
Things to consider before booking these courses...
This class is not suitable for beginners in metal clay, you must know the basics before attending.
